RealtyAssistAI ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by GetBotPacks and provides the RealtyAssistAI platform at realtyassistai.com and via our Android application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Age Restriction

RealtyAssistAI is intended exclusively for use by licensed real estate professionals aged 18 years or older. By using this service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

RealtyAssistAI uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology, including large language models provided by Anthropic (Claude), to generate responses, draft content, and provide analysis. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by a licensed professional before use. AI outputs are not legal, financial, or investment advice. RealtyAssistAI is a productivity tool — the licensed agent remains solely responsible for all professional decisions and client communications.

3. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address, phone number, and access credentials provided during signup.
• Usage data: Chat messages, queries submitted to the platform, and feature usage patterns.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details.
• Device information: Browser type, IP address, operating system, and (for mobile apps) device identifiers for security and performance purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and subscribing to RealtyAssistAI, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account, including service notifications and updates. 6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation. Chat history is stored per session and is not retained long-term. You may request immediate deletion at any time (see Section 9).

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Access codes are hashed and sessions are time-limited. We do not store plaintext passwords. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

You have the right to:
